This video is awesome. The tips given definitely helped with prepping for my Turducken. I used the Cutco bird's beak knife and its funky edge made the job easy
Make a video or just get back to me on this- my latest thing is to do the disassembly, put it skin down on foil, put the stuffing on, then roll it up in the foil like a burrito and cook in the the barbeque, turn every 15-20 min, indirect heat until the last turn. Manly cooking (re turducken) requires barbeque. Suggestion: leave the chicken in the coop and use duck, goose and turkey. I believe it would be a better fit. Let me know...
Well when the video started I almost thought it was a parody of the real way to debone a turkey. Kinda reminded me of the Kenney Rogers MADTV parodies where body parts and blades are flying all over the place. But after a rough start this is actually a pretty good video... aside from the lighting.
i fucking hate you!!!

Thanks for this. You have a great voice, by the way. Practically made for TV or made for teaching!

Great video! If I could ask for one-up, I'd ask for better picture quality, but other than that, it's gold. Thank you very much!

Thank you so much for this upload. I am making Turducken this year and needed a good reference for the deboneing process.

Technicaly potato doesnt mean apple in French, apple is pomme, and potato is pomme de terre, meaning apple of the ground
AlbertFascina 1 year ago
A technical potato doesn't mean apple, but a French apple of the earth is a potato. Thanks for checking out my video!

@CSIM47 i don't see a problem with the dog laying in the floor on a rug..the dog is not near the food and the cook did not touch the dog..
