First of all, you can't even see what it looks like because the camera is too far back or hasn't zoomed in. Secondly, it looks like she hasn't even got any eyeshadow on anyways. And lastly, if I tried using a brush like that on my eye, id be blind.

It's thicker than foundation, it's basically something for the eyeshadow to stick to, making it brighter and less likely to fade as the day goes on. MAC paints are excellent.
