Vedic Aryan brought with them their religion, culture into the Himalayas region and mixed with the indigenous Indo-Mongoloid people religion and culture. Some of the indignious religion and culture were absorbed into the vedic religion which is call Hindusim today to bring these people into the fold of vedic society.

And now today, Christians are coming into Nepal and converting these indigenous people of Himalayas into the fold of Christianity.
