I still have installed on my Hard Drive all demo's nVidia has ever released, and regularly fire them up just to see them every now and then. I remember I would be hyped up as a kid whenever they released a new one, because they were always very awesome.
Set the resolution of the demo to 1280x720 (Youtube HD) and record it with Fraps or similar. I used Windows Movie Maker to convert it, using best quality option.
