SCs and STs will be given half seats in Congress of Independant Telangana State. Telangana Rastra Samithi is the party of BCs. BCs never allowed SCs and STs to do Bathukamma during Nizam's rule. Telangana Thalli was created by BCs. She is depicted carrying Bathukamma. Where is Bonalu in her hand. If Congress gets elected, Telangana Thalli will be depicted with Bonalu on Head and Bathukamma in one hand and a Telangana Flag in the other.
