The room is an artistic representation of the world we can move away from, part of that being the conspiracies which find themselves shrouding messages of changing the world for good, as well as the monetary system (dollars which include this symbol on them also). Yes, it's true that we could (technically) build a desalination plant in every struggling country in the world. Of course, the only obstacle here is money. Once that obstacle is removed (through revolution or some other means) we may finally attain the closest thing to prosperity we've ever seen.

@singingdog8 I saw taht in other video, the thing is that the youtube server does not update at real time the ammount of views, it has to check them in "packets" and also for possible "bots", it's not like the "Like /Dislike" count, because thats done in real time. Hope I answered your question :)
