I got mine in 1997. But mine has the electric jackscrew deck height adjuster. I see you have your grass deflector off, too. Otherwise it builds up too much crap under the deck... Mine was a maintenance nightmare the first three years. They replaced nearly every bearing initially. Under warranty of course. And they replaced the pneumatic front mower caster wheels with solid rubber wheels. I think about 800 hours on mine, and no engine issues whatsoever.
I have this SAME mower only mine is the step down. i have a 42 inch deck and a 15 hp. There good runners to! i got mine for 200 and i am 15 :) i love mine!
