It was a good idea for Obama to avoid the "sponsors" but take LARGE amounts of money from Wallstreet to run his campaign? Obama's policies are helping poor people??? That is such a joke. Sleepy it's not that I don't think Obama has faults. He most certainly does. They just aren't the ones I hear uttered by the white right and some on the black left. What I see with some blacks like yourself just looks so familiar to me, it's OVERTHINKING, obstinate and it's dangerous. @pointblanki90 Wow a concept like "No War" is over thinking things? Murders in LA, Philly, Detroit & Houston each rival or surpass the amount of US troops killed in Afghanistan. So collectively (not counting other US cities) they far exceed military deaths. A little math applied is not "over thinking" the logic of our involvement in foreign affairs. I have no personal opinion about Obama nor did I have one of Bush. There is no such thing as a "WEAK" or strong puppet of corporate interests.

Your attempt to downplay the HCR bill is weak, you talk like all Presidents have been doing this before Obama. That health care bill has been on the table for almost 100 years, only Obama put it thru. By the looks of things it may be up to the Wall St. protesters to shut down or reform the Federal Reserve. Obama can't or he'll get shot like others who tried.

@pointblanki90 I'm quite sure 5 million dead Vietnamese from the Vietnam War had no investments in a US Health Care Bill. Iraqi deaths that possibly exceeds 1 million don't know what a "HCR" is. How does a health care bill fix that along with the current war in Afghanistan? War & highway robbery of the American public is taking place & you're treating a "Health Care Bill" as one of the four horsemen of the Apocalypse. Distractions from war works on you but not on me.

George Bush had "high status" so does that mean anyone who was against Bush policies were "doubting Thomases" that "didn't have that much intelligence?" The only people being "delusional" here are you two.REALITY CHECK: President Obama has reneged on just about everything that was a staple to his captain of 2008.Fast forward to 2011, unemployment at 10%, 16% in the black community and 50% among young black men.Is this what you call progress? Add to this, a tepid health care bill and extended tax cuts for the rich and you have a very abject performance from a president who promised so many great things. Obama has no back bone.
