Nice speech! Just a couple suggestions for you, after you make a strong point, stop for a moment to give people a chance to clap and cheer. There were a lot of times that the audience wanted to break out clapping but didn't get to. Also, you may want to avoid a pointed finger and instead go with all fingers out or a trigger finger. Otherwise, you have great voice control and speech skills. Keep it up!
