The video is not cut man, and for all of you people who don't get it, that's the Life Saving perk you get at the end of the Restoration Skill Tree. When your health gets too low, it will automatically replenish it by 250 once a day.

the other day i was walking too sky haven temple with esbern and delphine on unarmed build, then a dragon appeared delphine and esbern run like pussies, after i killed that dragon with my fists i then carried on. after that 3 more dragon's appeared i destroyed them all in under 1 min (nord BTW) you suck :/

there are a few items (one comes to mind in the Riften Rat Way) that increase hand to hand damage. with that and a full heavy armor perk tree (Fists of Steel) i can see that working. enchant your gear with +unarmed enchants (helm, gauntlets, chestpiece and boots i think) along with a ring and necklace you can actually deal some heavy handtohand damage.
