There's only one First, Second, Third, Fifth.

But all of Shinji's Classmates are...Fourth Level Canditates. AKA Their all Fourth Children.

what you just said makes no sense: there is no "fourth level candidates" -- what in the world are you talking about?

They're in the 8th grade, which is considered "second year" of Junior High School, thus "Class-2A"

If I remember, the dub rendered it as they're all "Fourth level Candidates" while the sub translated it as Fourth Children.

@SonofAbel In the Dub, Touji is the Fourth Child as Rei is the First Child. I think you're getting your terms confused.

I liked changing to "Eva move out" because of the iconic "Autobots Roll Out" so Eva move out plays up to the parody it is. you misspelled recognize. I think that it is a mistake to use "child" because "children" can stir up all sorts of theories on why it is used in plural. Gendo has secret access to MIB technology. I thought the original translation for "I'm home" is better. It feels much more like he is still nervous and unsure.

Maybe he's heard of the GeoFront, like just the word tossed around, and it sounds important, but he didn't know what it was until now?

And honestly, "another unfamiliar ceiling" is a bit stilted anyway.

"Home sweet home" is a pretty good way to keep the thematic resonance and intent of the original line, I think.
