This was a decision made by Live Entertainment, the defunct label who had the video rights.
As far as Vic Armstrong is concerned, the film is called Joshua Tree.

@GatorM Army of One is a better name for an action film though, and there could be confusion with the U2 video.

It sounds like it might be a good film. However, from the previous films such as Mummy 1 and 2 were good historical/ fictional events that took place all around the world. If this movie shows up to be better than the other movies that previously came out almost ten or less years ago, then this movie should really make a better storyline for the Mummy 3 that comes out this year.
