The ending you can sort of see coming but the film as a whole is an enjoyable mysterious romance.Great sets and costumes. The visual effects are also well done, very subtle, which for this film is a necessity. You can see this movie at kookíca now.

Not quite, this is being done (well written which is 90% of the thing) by the main author and he hasn't like a year pass in One Piece.

The characters (besides Luffy) haven't aged in this little teaser. This will probably be canon at least but no one should age.
