it honestly doesn't need to be that many clicks, its the way his card is encoded. there is another faster reader called NXP tags, that allows you not only to read tags but to write them as well. with a basic contact encoded its 3 step process, 1 tap card, 2 tap program to open w, 3 tap contact to save it.
Is this card officially from Cisco, or did you scan your Cisco card and upload the image?

This is a great innovative way to exchange contacts details but we don´t to use NFC. The QR code technology is almost as fast as NFC.

I count 6 "actions" to get the desired result, including the initial scan. This needs to be two at the most for this to be useful.
