Interesting footage if it is genuine. Recall seeing footage @ 03:18 on a TV show, all the rest was new to me. Intelligent aliens? Dunno, but I'm open to speculation. One possibility I feel is overlooked. Maybe it's a form of space 'wildlife' that feed on the electrical energy created in thunderstorms? Just some electric space cows grazing on our clouds.

Aliens are using our atmospere as a recharging unit for their ships and the "missle" is probably HAARP being fired at them because military craft have been downed by alien craft in the past and are now considered hostile. The first segment and the segment with the UFO changing direction and speed after the flash are the most convincing for me. The rest leaves a question mark, but ive seen the comment that its just space junk. Some yes...but space junk doesn't just stop, or suddenly change direction.
