  • Thanks! This was a fascinating software, could do lots of things with very moderate means

  • Thank you for posting this demo reel. It brought back a lot of memories!!

  • I had this program on my very first PC (it was a 286!!) and I never knew what it does. I just thought that this demo was pretty!

Thank you for posting this. It's been nearly twenty years!

  • Wow! What software did you use to convert your Fantavision movies to video files? I have a lot of Fantavision movie to put on youtube!

  • Well, what version did you use to create the movies? I'm sure you could just use an emulator or a screen capture utility to capture the movies by playing them on the the version of Fantavision itself in it's respective emulator.

  • Hi thank you for your response. I tried some software but it was not able to capture MS-DOS apps, like FantaVision.

  • Ok, I found a way to do it !!! I use DOSBox to run the fanta vision application, and then I can capture my movies !!! So beware, soon I'll post here my own cartoons! Thank you!

  • Well, you'll nee a converter for ZMBV movies first. That's was DOSbox uses to save the movies. Before you can upload them, you'll have to find a suitable converter.

  • Sorry about my misleading comment. It seems Youtube takes ZMBV avi files. my mistake.

  • Fantavision was GREAT

  • Great Job :-)! I especially like the sounds, they remind me on my first PC (it was the when time NOBODY could afford a sound card *lol*)
