Second, where are you getting your numbers from? The World Fact Book estimates that Saudi Arabia has more than 13 times the proven oil reserves of the US.
Third, how can you call oil regulations "unreasonable" when we just witnessed the biggest oil spill in world history, due in large part to insufficient regulation?
