For less than a thousand bucks you could build a two man sub that would safely submerge to a depth of 300 feet from a kit that was listed in the ad section of Popular Mechanics over two decades ago. Hell...let's face it, drugs and prisons are the two biggest industries in America---largely because they are the ONLY ones left in America now...so why not take advantage? Spend the rest of my life in S.A. operating a submarine drug fleet by remote control and enjoying the good life, why not?
