@Hakaishi00 in some editing software it's referred to as the g-major effect, but what i did to make it this way without that option is i copied the sound any even number of times, (2,4,6,8...ect) and changed the pitch of half of them of them to higher and the other half to lower than the origional pitch lastly i inverted the colors, sounds complicated, i know, but it's pretty simple compared to cropping/masking related effects.
