Every major city around the world has a dark side, high cost and relative low wages, drug abuse, trafficking and gang activity, violent crimes and the homeless!!!..Id rather live in Vancouver than in RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil....now that is a major city with major problems!

Great video. Brings back many memories when I was one of the lucky ones who lived in the West End many years ago. Lots of changes but the atmosphere is still the same. I still miss it: the Sea Wall, Stanley Park, Lions Gate Bridge, even the rain...

Cool vid! Nice shots of Mt.Baker and White Rock Pier. I use to spend alot of time down at White Rock beach. Indeed Vancouver is Lotus Land or some like to call it Canada's Banana Belt because of the mild winter climate. Sand, Sea & Palms.

@SnowbirdFlock I was born there, but moved away in 1968. I have lived here on the south west coast my entire life. I only go back to Vancouver to visit my relatives.
