i use soya sauce too! :) It just gives the good balance. Though I would say it makes the salsa too watery.. Im sure if you dont eat this salsa you guys are making within the next half an hour, all the water from the tomatoes and soya and vegies will seep out, because salt extracts liquids in those foods. So annoying. BUt it tastes YUMMY!!:) thanks for sharing
