I got the transition idea for videos (or static pictures) within videos from markapsolon's and blunty's videos. That might have been subconsciously reinforced by the Wolves card.
Yes, I want to do a lot more but I might have to put it on hold till after the Xmas
I'm surprised too that football cards are not more popular what with it being the most popular sport in the world and all. Could pick up with proper marketing and all.
I've noticed that with baseball and golf cards it seems to be certain celebrities that drive the prices. I don't know who are the soccer equivalent of Honus Wagner, Babe Ruth, Bobby Jones etc on the pre 1930's cards, except Stanley Matthews. It seems that soccer wasn't such a celebrity thing in the early days. Maybe that might be the weakness.
Is it possible for someone to retrospecively pinpoint the most talented players from that period and convince collectors to pay big money for them. That's the key question.

I like your inserts, will possibly show something interesting in the 'hot spots' graph.
I wonder if the Wolverhampton Wanderers card gave you the idea?
Any way, I like what you're doing with the Vegas, certainly effective. Like your new starter, and suspect that you may further develop this.
Oh! and by the way... Professional football... Could never really get into it, I would rather watch an amateur match any day.

Have a great Christmas and a happy 2010 to you, your family and of course your tormented cat.
P.S. There's a nice statue of Sir Stanley Matthews in Hanley (Stoke-on-Trent), I'll sell it to you if the price is right...
The only problem is that it may just arrive with a couple of large policemen lol.

There might be an opportunity there somewhere.
