did anyone here try herbalife but didnt excersise and still lost weigh anyone plz response i just started and but i only drink the morning shakes and i eat a regular dinner but just cut back a little and a healthy snack later on and drink lots of water oh and i dont really wanna call it excersise i just dance silly with my baby sis for about 30 minutes and i dont do it everyday i also go outside to the park and stores alot so can anyone plz help ?

@locmama1 It was very difficult to expose ourselves in this way, but when God speaks we must find the courage to listen and obey. I pray our story will not only inspire and encourage others but propel them to be proactive about their health and not accept medical facts for truth.
@locmama1 According to facts, neither one of us should be standing today. However, truth says by his stripes we are totally healed and God sent his word to heal us and save us from destruction. The Lord introduced Herbalife as a tool for us to manifest our healing through proper nutrition and education about what the body needs to gain and maintain optimal health. hi, im using these shake, 1st week i lost 2 kg, then why the following week i only lost 0.5 kg,? its maintaining now 0.5 kg per week i lost.
