  • I have cooked all over the world. Cast Iron in the sixties... today... Teflon. Your product, not for me or my staff.  Iron rusts....

  • Lodge Logic is a big mistake. All it does is ruin a good pan. What's so tough about: wash and dry pan; apply light coat of Crisco; bake pan at 350 degrees for one hour; leave pan in oven until room temp.? If you can't handle these directions, you shouldn't be cooking.
