well, usually there's always a space of time between UK airings and US airings (Planet of the Dead didn't air in the US until July!) but they said that they're going to try to keep the airing dates in the US closer to the UK ones. I don't know when Waters of Mars will be aired.

We "officially" get to watch them a few months later, when the SyFy channel gets around to showing them.

Every now and then, though, the episodes tend to... shall we say... magically appear on people's computers, usually later the same evening they are broadcast. Ahem.

Me, I wish BBC One was available as a digital or cable channel in the states. We have BBC America, which shows the Best of the BBC (it's where we get Coupling and Black Books and Robin Hood, etc) but it's not the same.

As a person, I enjoyed Chris E's doctor more, but I think David T embodied all of the Ten Doctors better than anyone could; He reflected all that was good and bad in the Doctor's make up. Rose and Donna got the best of the Doctor, and Martha got Peri's Doctor. At least he didn't strangle Martha like the Doctor did Peri.
