  • You'd stand a better chance of getting arrested if you'd jaywalk the next time you hide your covert transmitters.

  • Under which authority does FCC have for criminal prosecutions? List FCC violations to which a sentence of imprisonment is authorized.

    There are none.

Number of Special Agents (1811 series) in FCC, 1 vacancy under IG's office. Pretty deals with IA investigations and NOT PROSECUTING OFFENDERS.

1811 is the only series that would have arrest authority in fed agencies other than positions assigned by congress, And that 1 vacancy has been vacant since 2006. GAO stats.

    Look em up.

    100% wrong

  • Oops, I was actually wrong on my post. Even that one vacancy doesn't have arrest not search warrant authority. Only the authority to carry a firearm.

One sole FCC 1811 Special Agent who can carry a gun.

Dept' of Education has more armed 1811 and a Park Ranger can make arrests, but not the FCC.

  • I hope you got 10K Minimum per infraction If you think You can out smart the fcc

You don't want to gamble like that The FCC is brutal in raids

  • I'm really trying hard to grasp as to what big risk you or any other pirate radio operator are taking. The FCC never has made an arrest nor do they have any arrest authority. In 48 states it is not a crime. Unless you are in FL or NJ, you won't go to jail, and only in FL has there ever been an arrests.

BTW, there is this new thing. It's called the intranet. You can create a thing call a blog where you can pretty much say what you want to include show porn.

  • @i303 Actually, INTRANET is a network you would find in an office and the like. Your thinking of INTERNET. And a hobby is a hobby. I fly model helicopters. Should I stop doing that because I can watch someone else do it? Keep up the good work. Your a real hero.

  • @CBKillas I know the difference, but thanks for pointing that out.

  • @i303 You are 100% wrong the FCC does have arrest Authority in all 48 states keep thinking that fairytale

The FCC don't need A warrant under A law in 1938 so keep thinking the FCC won't do anything to you 10K minimum per infraction

So think the FCC won't do anything you will think WRONG

  • why do you go to so much trouble? soz easy to fined with d/f then look for a house coverd i cameas

  • @howden123456 Given my background, this is soooo easy. No trouble at all. Plus, you can't see my camera's from outside. Second, this is a video about a REPEATER system. There is NO BROADCAST from this location. I don't think you understand what's happening here.

  • Very interesting, thx

  • @moviking You are welcome.Any questions, just ask.

  • Crime. Plain and simple.

  • @radioditch I know. It's horrible, and I should go to jail, right?

  • what's the name of that video software?

  • @aseglkj HSSVSS is the example I used here.

  • Break one nine - Break One Nine

  • @Scavenger2525 Break 91.

  • ...don't know squat about th' 'quipment...however, doin' a show midnight-on would be cool...just to stick it to the 'radio-narcs' ...fuggin' nazis...

  • @SittingMooseShaman No kidding. Total nazi's.

  • THAT,S MY SCANNER FUCK HEAD

  • @srinzamel Works like a champ!!!

  • There isn't a push to talk switch on these transmitters. The TX is on/off, level out only. You don't think this is a C.B. on channel 19 or something I hope. Playing music over an am/fm transceiver is a little different.

  • @CBKillas well...i did this on a cb handheld....pluged an mp3 in the mic plug, and had the ptt down and it transmitted over cb freq. yes im well aware this isnt a Cb, cb's dont come that fancy...in the back you have like a Dual bander....but im well aware....i was simply making an inquiry that i had done something similar, but i guess i see how you would think might have been rude saying something like that and it not even comparing to you setup...but i hope it didn't bother you none.

  • @SHAD0Wc0n Not bothering me at all. I see where your coming from now.

  • lol i did this when i was 12, i hoked up a mp3 to a mic on a radio and stuck the ptt down..... lol i also played bomb warning sirens on a PA system!!!! good times :P

  • @SHAD0Wc0n I can't tell if your trying to be rude or not.

  • @CBKillas lol...not at all (non sarcasm)

  • @SHAD0Wc0n There isn't a push to talk switch on these transmitters. The TX is on/off, level out only. You don't think this is a C.B. on channel 19 or something I hope. Playing music over an am/fm transceiver is a little different.

  • dude you are nuts

  • @sweetgyy Well beyond nuts. Thanks for the compliment.

  • @CBKillas i agree the fcc is full of it . I made an fm stereo tx from a kit around 20

years ago, I yaesu 757 gx was my first hf radio. so have some stuff in common.

  • @sweetgyy Hell yeah.

  • this is mine online radio delasradio.listen2myradio

  • @MrDelas46 Thank you very much. I will check it out. Keep me updated on your progress.

  • Hi , i'm trying to set up an online radio which equipment do i need to buy and which software is best , people are saying sam broadcaster, can sombody please help me.

  • @datwumbarima radio.about.com/.../createinternetradio/.../How-to-Create-Your-Own-Internet- Radio-Station_3.htm Try that. It is a good introduction to get started. I know it's not the best, but it works very well.

  • Yeah, like other people I know, you spend all your money on trash, instead of just working on the message, on a real piece of equipment.

  • @kpharris32 Actually, I spent a total of $35 on all equipment, reverse engineered all components, and built myself. $35 to me is nothing. And your blind if you didn't see the amount of archived media. Try being supportive, instead of jealous that you can only understand the plastic bucket.

  • @CBKillas What I am saying is that you spent $35. in CA$H, How much time?

How many man-hours? Your brain is running hot on 1990's tech. please contact my Gmail. Maybe I will do the same thing. I might be able to help in certain aspects.

  • @kpharris32 I spent MANY years as a Sonar Technician on LA class and Ohio class nuclear submarines. I taught for 3 years at NSTCPD San Diego. I am HOT in technology beyond where we the "Average Public Citizen", as it is called, in 2011. I now work in the aviation industry building and maintaining V.O.R. equipment, and part time electrical engineer for a company at KCOS. Man hours? Not even a full day. I assure you, I need no help. $35 in less than a day on Google Adsense. Be nice.

  • what freq is it so i can tune in

  • @JettaJ1 Sarcasm? lol

  • @CBKillas no im serous. im in cali where are you? wouldn't mind tuning in.

  • @JettaJ1 Unfortunately, you wouldn't be able to hear it if I was broadcasting. I live in Colorado. But, I am going to fire up an online radio station soon. Check back in a few weeks, and I should have it going. Thanks a lot for your interest. I appreciate it.

  • Yeah! that's exactly what I mean.

  • @w3mq Well, they give you a fine and shut you down if you have a license, and do something wrong, or transmitting unlicensed. Either way they can take your equipment, so I don't get it either.

  • I would like to know why is it so hard to acquire a legitimate license for a low power fm station?

  • @w3mq Do you mean why the F.C.C. only allows public service type entities to operate them?

  • email us Radio@mindcoup.com

  • ar you operating on 11 meters there lol

  • @livethemoment1965 You know it!!

  • bitchin set up

  • @whysguy3 Thank you much. It's truly amazing what you can do with really old stuff, isn't it?

  • I gonna tell the fcc about you. joke

  • @KDWproductions Good one. (They already know though!)

  • IN your video you say no transmission from your location but you clearly say the following ( I just show people what to do ) so surly your helping pirates get on air are you not breaking the law by doing this.

one more question your useing an Amateur radio on CB bands are you alowed to do that in the usa hear in the uk if you tx out of the bands the radio was built for you can have your epuipment confiscated by ofcom

  • @1SoundBlaster First off, showing someone what to do, top to bottom, even turning on the transmitter, doesn't mean your transmitting. It's called a dummy load. You know, like I CLEARLY stated in the description. And I am allowed to build anything I want, and give it to whoever I want. What they do with it is up to them. Second, yes, it is illegal to use ANY radio not specified for citizens on those allotted frequencies. Fortunately for me, I don't make a habit out of illegal transmissions.

  • nteresting video I am a Licenced amateur operator hear in the uk

it is a similar situation in the uk the FCC is called Ofcom hear in the uk. the only time that ofcom come out if there is an interfearance problem LOL i had interfearance on my ham radio i couldnt find the problem with my station so I called ofcom out they have a duty of care to deal with the problem at no cost to me. my problem turned out to be a faulty light switch in a nabours house

  • Good video, interesting content, Appreciate all things radio. Many thanks to you.

  • @MrSuperheterodyne Thanks so much. Love the name too.

  • @2:27 The feds are coming to get you!

  • Did you read the dummy load part? And your right. People who utilize this old equipment don't get caught.

  • While I do not encourage anyone to break FCC rules, I will say that FCC enforcement is a FREAKING JOKE now-a-days.

They practically GIVE AWAY FCC licenses today.

You'll probably get away with it for a long time, even though you should not be doing it at all.

  • @Rich8951 I shouldn't be doing what? Building kick ass equipment out of old junk? Or informing people how not to be held down by our own government?

  • so how does some1 go about building a repeater for 27 mhz cb band. not many cb"s with vox on them. what parts do i need and how would i set it up. where do i get the parts. ?????????

  • @electrified302 It's easy. Transistor as circuit, plus TX circuit.

  • @electrified302 I replied with the wrong statement. I meant "Transistor as switch". Use an NpN and you'll get it everytime.

  • @Layberinthius The phone only turnes things on and off. Not gonna find a cellphone in 15 seconds. And it is traceable, just not to you.

  • here is Southern CA , I have heard people taking over 2 mtr FM repeaters to broadcast music, etc. I guess repeaters has wider coverage. they have No HAM radio ID, I suppose HAM repeaters and CB band are low priority on enforcement lists.

  • @QROFB You are right. I live 80 miles south of the FCC regional office. They haven't been down here more than once in 10 years!!! And it was for a CB'er bleeding over the neighbors electronics, and with a foul mouth. So, your right on. They don't have time for piddly radio stuff. (it's big to us, but not them).

  • you are one clever man ill give you that, i just wished you lived in the uk to help me build a P.R.S :( good work though man keep it up

  • @syneatnrc Thanks for the compliment. I have helped many people in the U.K. I am motivated by you guys a lot. Very intelligent, and same beliefs. I can always do my best over the internet. Just let me know.

  • @syneatnrc its not that hard.a bit of research and get a rig off ebay off you go...we have just ceased broadcasting from notts. we ran 50w rig for a year straight from the same adress with no problems . i made the dipoles & yagi's to keep cost down

  • Bless you, & all that stand for and demand FREEDOM of both speech and thought!

  • @BullJones Thanks so much Bull. Bless you as well. Hopefully things "change" all right!

  • Do you have links for the equipment you're using?

  • @MrTheAngelofDeath666 Well, this was all old equipment I used after a little reverse engineering. If you want some details, send me a request on specific items, and we'll go from there.

  • smart shit guy! Youre wasting your talent though. I'm licensed as an amateur and if I had your brain I'd have too much fun!

  • @johnnybluballs Right on fellow ham. I am as well licensed. So congrats on that, and thanks for the kind words.

  • Do you know of a good radio that I can use to listen and maybe even talk to drive through and cell phone frequencies?

  • @TheAverythomas01 There are a few options. Most of them are from the U.K., or Canada. Going to be very expensive, and more than likely, won't catch cell pone. To much coding for that.

  • You are awesome!!

  • @somersschool1 Well thanks man!!! I can tell you whats up with the repeater in email.

  • if you use a DCS machine wouldnt you have to have a DCS decoder riged up to a computer to comtrol the equipment?

  • @mountain177 The only thing the cpu controls is what you hear and play. It goes to a rig that transmits the coded freq.

  • that sounds good but micro wave links are beter & simpler

  • @zx636racer You are right. This is real easy to though. Don't forget about infrared.

  • I think a pre-paid cell phone would be best, that way it cant be traced back to any specific person

  • @elixeroflife You are exactly right. If you don't want to use a DCS machine!!!
