  • sp 90V at 300mA... with the right circuitry to regulate, you could hook that up to a transformer to bring down to 12V and you'll have 2.25 amps. 2.2 amps of 12V from thin air? sounds like a bargain to me :)

  • @cyberdems Doesn't matter how you convert it 27w is not much

  • You guys should look into concentrated solar with molten salt night storage and electric eels instead of this crap. Seriously. The Concentrated solar could fit in your yard and power a couple homes, if you have molten salt storage with that, needing 15 by 15 feet more space, you can power those couple homes at night also. One Dish can produce up to 15kw, and take no more than 15 feet of space. even if it produce 1/4 of this, still very good!

  • this tower was taken apart, it was abandoned and disconnected at the time of the experiment, yes question remains, was it radio signals or just static electricity, the ground didn't give any readings, and yes it was completely isolated from ground on the tower end, other than that I wouldn't gotten any readings!! I did experiment with another really short antenna, there was a difference in voltage of course, like i said the shokc was numbing touching my accident, so power is definitely there!!

  • @kukulcangod1 I would say you are reading 'static electricity', yet the term is misleading because it infers it is "static". There is nothing static in electricity. The electrons never stop moving, unless they reach absolute zero (-260C). There is going to be always some kind of potential accumulated in the material, because charges will become stable for some time, until they discharge and the process will continue. With air around, this happens continuously, hence there is 'flow', current.

  • @121ego actually is -273 C which we can never reach, apparently. but, yes i do agree with you

  • @ensaiodeporrada - Search for Coral Castle Code in the Web, and the name DePew. You'll be surprised.

  • hey there @kukulcangod i had an idea, you could rig your air circuit to an Van De Graaff Generator or tesla coil and it would run it's self creating a lot of extra power. just a free energy thought!

  • ....dude, stop stealing the electricity from my radio tower!!!

  • Energy (=watt) is voltage multiplied by ampere. So 90 V doesn't mean anything (you can get 1000s of volts with static electricity) and if you measure the ampere, the voltage would drop. Can you measure the voltage drop across a resistor? Then you could calculate how much watt it produces.

  • @frankbuss I think he said 300ma, in that case around 27w. Not much

  • @luc59457 link 100 of them in a more refined version in series.

  • @helicopterpilot88 100 is a lot of hanging open wires! Lets say you can do it all for 1000$, so 10$ each setup. Not a bad price but you forgot something. Resistance. Not an that idea most will find practical

  • @luc59457 true enough. 9000V would be pretty phenomenal, or parallel at 3 amps (not so great), but you apply a load, the IR drop through the source itself would just about use all the power just to cause a current to flow, not including the load itself. Hopefully there is revelation to be had that could change everything. I would think it would be easier to just rig up a bunch of 1/4 wave antennas at an HF resonant frequency and amplify the output. Most FM transceivers output like 5w-10w.....

  • @helicopterpilot88 correction .3 amps

  • @luc59457 with the larger radio towers operating in the 500k-1MW power range. HF is an "earth wave" so there are a lot bouncing around in the atmosphere, freefor the taking also.

  • I,m sorry I'm just learning about this stuff. What is your power source? Is it the tower or are you saying your harnessing power the way lightning does? As far as using it maybe you can use on something that stores power like a chargeable battery.

  • Oh I'm guessing this is direct current right and what do you get from ground to the wire without the capacitors?

  • It is not isolated from ground I think , what is el castillo? same type of device? thing is I don't know how to use this energy as of now but it did burned a couple of led so the volts are there

  • Very cool! using the supporting cable to get the height. Is the tower isolated from ground? you could be going back to ground through the tower.

I could not take my device to El castillo. It wasn't finished in time.
