@alliekay900 I used liquid eyeliner 2 years ago when I did my makeup like this for halloween and it dried out and started to flake and itch. I would try cream eyeliner. E.l.f has some for $3. I love it. You can buy it online at Eyeslipsface(dot)com or they sell it at Target. Hope this was helpful. [:
