  • Harwood 4" cowl with cutouts to clear the turbos. New setup will keep turbos under hood. Thinking of going with a 2-2.5" cowl if I can find one I like and not too expensive

  • what hood did you use?

  • Didn't you wanna raise your arms and say " IT'S ALIVE!!! HAHA " I did...

  • Great set-up. My cousin built a Vega with 2 turbos from 2.2 Chrysler engines he got at junk yards. He used ram's horn exhaust manifolds turned upside down with fabricated turbo adapters. It was a 305 sbc and a powerglide. He used a pressurized box holding a 600 holley. It took about 6 months to build because of budget restrictions. That lil puppy would pin your eyeballs back when he hammered it. We used cnc ported aluminum corvette heads and special, dished pistons. About 7.5 to 1 compression

  • I just read you build thread and then i randomly saw this. NICE!

  • how r u gonna put a hood on it with the air intake going over the radiator down the center of the car

  • SWeeeeet!!

  • That's a sweet setup!

  • hey where did you tap into the engine for the oil for the turbos?

  • @mikewashere01 back of the block on the china wall there is a port for oil pressure switch. My car didnt use that port so it was just plugged. I just put a fitting in there and used that as my source

  • @orr89rocz thanks man

  • god damn!!! TAHT IS A FUCKING SEXY CIVIC KILLER!!!

  • look that turbo has an engine!

  • beautiful car man!

  • omg i just jizzzzzed

  • Nice fingerprints on the rear bumber. how did they get there? ;P

  • @TEHGREATAWESOMENESS Wouldnt you like to know? haha naw, that was from pushing the car in and out of the garage since it took so damn long to get the thing ready for startup and finally get the tune down to run it.

  • @orr89rocz Ahhhh. I thought it was something else.

  • @TEHGREATAWESOMENESS Lmao was thinking the same thing

  • @TEHGREATAWESOMENESS Thats gods hands trying to hold this evil son of a bitch from hitting the streets.

  • hey there i was wondering what brand is that on the turbochargers cuz i cant really find a company online that sells them for a 89 iroc. nice job.

  • @TheHeyta. These are Master Power turbos. Budget brazilian made pieces but seem to do well. Abit older tech but work well for the price.. The turbos are not model specific, they need sized for the motor used so thats why you wont find a 89 Irocz turbo.

  • not bad nice car

  • what kind of rims are those???

  • I wanted to hear you rev it

  • That is F@#king SICK! Ridiculous! Sweet ride man. Keep it up!

  • your an evil man.

  • @dalebly50 I'm using stock ECM and wiring but modded with GMC syclone/typhoon code. Its called code $59. If you have the dough, go with FAST XFI or similar

  • sick car, toss a t-56 manual in it and that would be a blast to drive. nice build.

  • get some kind of clear cover to show off the turbos. that would be sick i just got an 86 and tryin to decide what to do with it. im in alaska and waitin for the snow to melt so i can drive it

  • If you don't mind me asking how much dough do you have invested that motor?? WOW AWESOME!

  • Not all that much since I did all the work. Can be duplicated for under 13-14 grand I think

  • i got a 92 RS 350 that im twin turboing this summer

  • wow!

  • what size are those rims

  • 18x8.5 front i believe and 19x10 rears

  • what kind are they???

  • @RELICKATE2241 C6 vette rims. OEM competition gray. 19x10, 18x8.5

  • Mike Jones?

  • He's the cam grinder that did the cam for this car

  • holly shit nice setup let me know if your ever wanting to sell

  • what hood are u going to use with that

  • 4" harwood cowl with slots cut out for the turbos. May get the slots covered with some sort of custom fiberglass enclosure but not sure how to do that yet

  • sweet ride

  • So when are you hitting the strip?? you told me you'd lemme know when you went the first time. I HAVE to hear this thing with a load on it!
