@BananaJSSI Gout effects people that are usually 40 and over it is a thing that causes your joints to get inflammed and it hurts like hell. I know people that get it and it is from eating rich foods. Men and women get it, oysters can cause it. Eat lots of seafood like Oysters, prawns you can be asking for it LOL.
A guy I work with got it in his big toe he was in some pain it was fun giving him the razz.
@Graveltrucker That's interesting. That's one thing I rarely eat are rich foods and I definitely stay away from fatty and junk food. I do love sea food, especially shell fish. However I don't make a habit of chowing it back all the time.
