atm i got a pearl forum kit, 12n13 rack toms 16floor tom, 24bass, 14snare, 16cx crash, 20cxcrash, 14cx high hats and i added 8 b8 splash, 16aax xplosion crash, lp blac beauty cowbel and demon drive elimantor double kick. thats all i need if i was gonna be a heavy drummer but im more of a hard/classic rock light metal so im getting roto toms, 20 or a 22bass, lp ice bell, tamberines, a 14 floortom, another set of high hats, some more symbols and thats all that i would ever need,

You'd have to pay me NOT to play Pearl, they're simply the best. I started on an Export kit, the most popular drums in the world, and now I've got a Masters maple kit, 24" bass drum that sounds sooooo good, its unreal.

Agreed. I played two gigs this weekend-one on a DW and one on a Pearl masters studio (birch). The Pearl was so much warmer, fater, and more responsive. DWs sound kinda "tubby" to me.
