This is a legit instance. Its in the WoW files however just not accessible on retail. I've been here on a few servers as well as the one I have.

*sigh* This isn't a fake people. This is the old instance "Stormwind Vault" which is only accesibble via glitches and private servers. This was uploaded in 2007, which makes this a private server, because he was flying in Azeroth. I'm not sure if this is even in the game now that cata is out, but I know that my 3.3.5a private server only has the entrance, and not the actual instance. It's an easter egg, like programmer island, or ice cream valley..

You can get in there in retail, have a warlock create a portal in the gates, the portal will summon you in front of the summoner, so make sure they're right on the gate. Then walk inside
