@fredmartbmx Hey man, yeah the Verde Luxe 2012 is a pretty amazing bike. You should call your local bike shop and ask them to see if they can order Verde bikes through Greenhouse Distribution. I'd say it's worth checking out. Good luck.

@justplain007 If you are new to BMX you should check out the Verde Eon or Vex. Both of those bikes would be a great first bike. If you've been riding for a while you should check out the Verde Luxe. Good luck man!

All these kids today.. if you buy ANY complete bike Verde or not,you aren't getting the same quality bike you would if you built your own.Companies put the packages together to sell to beginners at a decent price.If you buy a 100% chromo frame it will hold up.If Brian Yeagle,and Kevin Kiraly don't break theirs you'll be fine.I ride a Mutiny right now,but my next frame will be the Cartel 2 and VERY soon!!

@asasucks Well kids do need a starting point to get into BMX and complete bikes make that possible. A kid just getting into BMX isn't going to know what parts to buy to make his own custom bike yet right? So an entry level BMX bike (like Verde) would be a good choice for someone new to BMX. If that kid wants to stick with BMX after outgrowing the complete bike then it would be time to customize their own kit. Oh, and good choice on getting the Cartel 2 next. Great bike.

@odysseyrider5 Not really. The Cartel 2 is a 100% chromoly frame. Dave Thompson rides one and he doesn't have any problems breaking it so my guess is it's strong as hell.

@IzaakH97 The Theory is a nicer bike but a little more expensive. The Prism would be a great bike for beginners or younger riders though. Either way Verde is the way to go.
