HOVERBALLS SUCK a few minutes ago i made a helicopter without ANY HOVERBALLS AT ALL and it pwned but no you decide to use hoverballs, or as i like to say, shitballs and turn a ship into a nooby piece of crap

Alright, I want to say it now, I know about the damn hoverballs, and everyone who thinks I need a reminder can check all the comments below. This was made back when I first started using SB1 of course there is going to be hoverballs, And I proved I could do without them by making my most current ships with out them.

I suck at gmod, and last time i tried to build some sort of spaceship (which was actually some kind of plane) i used the default stuff, along with the GLaDOS glass base (the one where you get the cake mix sphere...) and used it as floor and rooftop.

i ended eating my mouse due to frustration.

but this is so awesome! if i could ever learn by someone and not by fucking tutorials from whom you don't understand a shit ahh i can pwn better than LEGO

Make sure you change the gamemode before loading the level, and that you have Spacebuild 2 (or 3 for us lucky ones) in your gamemode folder not in addons, only ls2 and rd2 go in there

You need to redo everything. Start with a fresh folder for Gmod then reinstall just your Spacebuild and make sure it's done right, that's this most important thing in this case.

Yes, thats the quickest way. The alternative is to erase all traces of SB you currently have in your entire gmod folder. Then redo it correctly. I wish I could...

No , if you get the weight tool then u can change the weight of the thrusters and the higher in weight they are , the more effect/thrust they have

I am very sorry you don't like this clip. will get to work on a ship that does not use them. Although I don't very much appreciate the way you have expressed yourself on this matter, I am grateful you let me know where a fault was in the design. To answer your question, I use them for improved control on the vertical angles and simplicity of keyboard commands.

Very good point! I hate hoverball ships. You don't even need hoverballs in space. There is no gravity so you just float! All you need is patience. Tuning thrusters correctly makes a perfect ship.
