the blue Chevy Caprice is older one. Bosco and Faith use it in this episode temporary, because their previous RMP was damaged by that shooter

@ecos715 the blue car is the old NYPD car color that was used by the NYPD than in 1997 the White Car took over. It's still white today

@ecos715 NYPD HAD BLUE CARS BEFORE AND THEY UPGRADED TO THE NEW ONES WHICH ARE THE WHITE ONES BUT THEY STILL KEPT THE OLD BLUE ONES AS SPARE CARS
