this case is great for protection but sucks because you have to use your other usb cords or hdmi cable because it only allows the use of oem usb cable

The case is fussy, fussy and more fussy to get your iPhone in and out of...They make it difficult for you to understand this until you buy the product and they refer you a web page of instructions...You have to dig to find it...There is also a 50 time in and out of the case life span of the case...great!...I want something that I can pop the iPhone in and GO...Customer service?...FORGET IT...Slick
