Better free than rich. Modern-style life consists of a country having a GOVERNMENT and CIVIL SERVANTS who are paid every month even if there is no source of money! Do the Pygmy or Red Indians of the Brazil Forest need costly institutions, buildings or modern-style of life? No. East Timor should return to its ANCIENT way of life ( similar to before the arrival of the Portuguese). That will remove the need for MONEY and POVERTY. Do the Bochima of the Kalahari need houses or money in the desert?

dont worry about east timor. its independence was supported by huge oil companies because of the rich reserves closed to the island at south (timorsea).
