Have you ever been educated on anything in your life? You'd be able to figure out this is the first level simply... if you ever went to school that it.
Stop posting this kind of comments on every NSMBWii vid. Maybe we don't want an extreme hard game, maybe we just want a game that is enjoyable and fun but also quite challenging.
Nope. That's sitll there. You either have to get a certain amount of points in a level or finish in a set amount of time. Or, you may have to 100% it. I have New Super Mario Bros. on DS and I'm pretty sure one of these things toggles it.

But yeah, it's a perfect way to get people ready for the sky levels coming up. They would still be used to the mountain-ish gameplay.
