Just shows what a dolt McCain is. While his heart and intentions might be right, McCain is just blind to the fact the Cuomo & Spitzer were both in bed with certain elements of organized crime. Spitzer did money laundering with them, and Cuomo protected the wife abusing Judge James Peck, and they both ignored the kidney smuggling and money laundering ring right under their big noses in N.Y. State.

May be the only thing McCain got right. Andrew Cuomo is the best possible person to right the SEC to where it isn't a den of room fulls of video game playing hucksters with 6 monitors each manipulating for the Goldmans and becomes a place where investing can again be possible. Cuomo gets it. And if it weren't for his daliances Spitzer did too.

McCain's the only guy with the balls to nominate an official from another party who he admires to chair the SEC. Obama would most likely nominate some insider he shadily worked with back in Chicago.
