Wow, havent heard this for years, I lived with my best friend in 1987, we shared a house, he was always playing LBGP, The Canaanes, Triffids, Go-Betweens and The Smiths. This brings back the memories, he died young in 1994, just 27 years old. I still miss him now

stunning song from a fantastic band. Their Bewitched EP is a classic. More psychedelic than a forest of magic mushrooms. Influential? Don't know but to these ears My Bloody Valentine and Lush sounded an awful lot like this song a few years later. And yes I love those bands too.

The comp is called "Tuatara", came out in 1986

This song was on some great compilation I got quite a few years back, I love this song!! Along with The Chills -Pink Frost and The Verlaines Death and The Maiden - well they were all my favorites.
