I remember thinking in game 7 this year how EVERY world series they played at this new Busch they've won! They're now 2 for 2 in world championships!! I can't get over that! They weren't even supposed to be in the playoffs this year (with something like a 1% chance when they were 10.5 back), and now they're the 2011 world champions!! At least it feels like they truly EARNED it, for some reason 2006's felt like Detroit lost it more than we won it, but whatever, WE ARE THE WORLD CHAMPIONS AGAIN!!

The Cardinal killer was served up by Adam Wainwright! TRULY EPIC!!! Since the Tigers were off, I think they lost that edge they had, because the way they played fundamentally in the world series, I can only imagine Leyland's thoughts!
