Looks good but I hate the intense pressure I feel on my diaphragm when I do those - though I could just "work through it" I'm not sure it is really any better to do Spiders than say cables or standing DB curls. Just my two cents - ty for sharing.
@AmericanPowerBase yeah, i know, i do a lot of compound really, i do lots of free weight, and generally finish on machines, squats though, god i hate them... when it comes to legs i do basicly just machines... i gotta get used to squatting.
It has a lot to do with diet. I never got it correct until I contacted a professional trainer who asked me to follow a strict diet . I was losing weight when doing gym. Now I'm 6 ft 82 Kg but most of that is muscle.
i will deffinately try this, but, i feel my peaks are not very great genetically... will this actually still build more of the peak that is there, because i can't imagine seeing my self just change shape completely through certain little exercises such as these, infact i dont even feel like the training is important, just as long as you hurt everywhere thats it, as long as you kill ur body, the food does the rest, am i really wrong in thinking this? does isolation actually help thicken you up???
@THEGODOVROIDZ No Isolation Exercises Wont Do much Just targets a specific muscle group and used for shaping up the muscle if you want to call it that your mass building exercises are compound especially the Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, Military Press, Some type of Row. Dips And Pullups Work Good To.
@rgmcall aghh, right, sorry, thats what i thought too originally but then when he said it fills the muscle i got it mixed with thickening the muscle wich i thought was just heavy compund movements and food, well, it is, i was just mistaken for a second.

have u tried this and seen results? because i have been doing a lot of squeezing and that as i contract lately and it's done nothing.

This is absolutely my favourite bicep exercise... The range of movement is perfect and really can improve your upper bicep if it's lacking size
