Guilty until proven innocent........this is the way the system works. One person makes a decision based on allegations and rips your family apart....this person has all their friends to back them up....and you have nothing, you become nothing......they say it is all about protecting the children and saving the family......But even the foster care parents are living the lies of CPS....they don't have a clue, they are conned into thinking that these children have no family!

Reading the comments here... I feel a bit better know people are starting to understand the dark end of foster care they won't talk about instead people like myself must re-live their horror every-time we try to explain it to others ... in hopes this savage brutal CPS industry gets shut down and something humane takes it's place... and the proper people are locked up...

If society is going to pretend to be heroes and steal our lives from us because of suspected abuse then can't protect us from abuse in their own GOVERNMENT homes then they have no right to screw with our lives in the first place, what just so they can make some cash?

It is very disturbing in 30-40 years they have yet to be able to protect us and have hurt many of us and killed many of us... and our dreams self confidence... and later we end up filling the jails and streets... but I am more then sure that was the upper-class's intention... they will make money off the poor one way or another..

We need to rid the streets of the destitute trash that litters our ally-ways... if we get them when they are young we can make them productive members of society.. it says it right there in government documents.. that CPS was there to get rid of the poor... that means me and my parents and most others that CPS is involved with. One common thing all CPS victims share...

I apologize I have not responded. I hope you find peace in your heart. I agree that many kids were removed from their parents without warrant. Local governments made money for doing so. It is not right. For your comfort there are many who understand. We removed you, we drugged you and asked you to be happy living with strangers. We can only hope that others will continue the battle. Foster care has become BIG BUSINESS! Most social workers are incompetent and policy makers are out of touch.

You are absolutely right on the money. Rich kids who are abused or neglected do not end up in foster care. They have big money lawyers. Poor people get "public pretenders" who really do not care. I have seen it in court over and over.

We did not save many lives in foster care. The outcome is that most kids became homeless adults, ended up in jail from trials, guilty or not guilty, where they sat alone just as they did when they were in Family Court. That has been DCFS' long standing transitional program. Earlier foster teens were dropped at homeless shelters downtown. At some point the government will acknowledge this huge social injustice and mistake affecting mostly children of color.

I agree in the states it affects children of color, here in Canada color is not the issue. It's just the poor who fall victim to this.

I've read that CPS, in an attempt to increase their "numbers" (i.e., number of children they kidnap) are targeting foster parents. I wouldn't be a foster parent at any time, because you are enabling an agency that is extremely corrupt and harmful, and you are helping them stay in business, even if the children you have really did come from abusive homes. Don't do business with the Devil. Find some other way to make change - e.g., by exposing this criminal, sadistic group of thugs, CPS.

Anyone who makes a false allegation causes such harm they deserve jail for 20 years, at least.

I'm sure that you've heard what I am going to say, before. No one believes, until it happens to them. The accused are guilty. When we are falsely accused, we question are previous judgements on others. When the accusations are made by state or federal employees, and you know that they are felonious, by law, they should be held accountable. Do you have the money to pursue it? Are you willing to deal with repercussions? We all have those choices to make. I choose to pursue it. Wrong is Wrong.

You are right, I have just about heard it all. I have decided to leave foster care and do not recommend anyone doing it. I continue to receive calls for help from those who did not take my warning. It is one thing to have a good heart and want to give but it is another thing to be used and abused by the "system." These people can do what they want and God forbid if they don't like you. Foster parents must also take the blame for one uping each other. Go for it. Keep kids with family!

Palmdale California used to have the national reputation with the highest child abuse. It now has a growing reputation of Police and justice abuse. It will not take long before this comes to light on a national level. The police are out of control given power by local Palmdale and Lancaster councils in an attempt to achieve "racial cleansing." Since most foster youth are of color, they have no one to advocate for them when they are stopped and accused. They plea out of fear imposed by judges.

Lots of mail on this video. What happened? This affected others more than me, it went nowhere. I no longer take kids. My moto has always been "stop when you are having fun." I now have an emancipation home. My formers have returned. I provide them with as much support as I can, including those who do not live with me. I fight the sherrif instead of DCFS. I live in a community where just being a person of color can get you arrested. if you are a former foster child its worse in Palmdale, CA.

Thank you daaronad. I know that its hard to find sincerity in fostercare. I I walk the walk. I mean what I say and I have done what I've said. My kids are grown and have even returned as adults for that "extra" help whereas all others have abandoned them. The only real emancipation program counties have is "prison." I do all that I can to keep them from that program. Those who have babies without proper mentoring will also be contributing to the cycle of foster care by "feeding the system."

yup. My ex told CPS a bunch of lies too and now my child is in the "system". CPS doesn't protect kids - they hurt them. CPS destroys families and they are NOT what they claim to be. CPS needs reform. They need to support the biological families but instead all they do is rip them apart and harass them. I agree - CPS destroys kids lives. They lie and manipulate the system. I made a complaint againt the social worker and it was ignored. They have acted unethically. R E F O R M C P S !!

These allegations, often, are the same type of allegations that enabled CPS to remove children from the biological parents. So, you realize now, what we felt like, except, we never had the lies of CPS to support us. I've talked to two other foster parents, after CPS turned on them. They will never again trust CPS or try to help the "system" to help children. When a foster parent speaks out, they are taking a chance of having their biological children taken away. I've seen it happen.

Ive only watched a couple of your videos, its amazing how similar your experiences are to ours, do these people all come from the same pot, agencies and the like are only interested in money and their own careers, the most important thing important in fostering is the kids, I'm afraid yours and our only crime is caring to much about these kids futures, keep your pecker up thanks Mike Hamer in the U.K.

Write your state Senator, tell them that you are his/her constituent, tell them about the broken system of CPS and they will do something about it and look into your case as well.

Anyone who doesn't leave their name or information will more likely not be investigated and are taken as malice calls. The only people who are able to access this information are any state authority and prosecuting attorneys.

I hope that foster parents who are investigated like this guy knows now what its like for a parents, and I mean for parents who never abused or neglected their children. And for foster parents to stop thinking that every child that comes through their homes are abused and neglected.

Unfounded. Contractors are always here working on this house which makes the allegations impossible. Mean people often make more than one. DCFS staff should FIRE THIS GUY for his manipulative behaviors as a former foster youth. He worked hard at these allegations along with his boss who should have retired 10 years ago but has chosen to die in office- and she will - it is all about the retirement package it stopped being about kids years ago.

The system is not working! When I first started watching, I was wondering why you were critical of an investigation into an allegation and then the more I listened, the more it made sense. It was someone from the system who did not like the fact that you said "The system is not working". Well good for you. To any social worker or professional... if you knew that the mechanic who works on air planes noticed a problem on a plane, would you want him to keep his mouth shut?
