  • "Weren't Israelis armed and trained by America, the world's greatest superpower?"

No, we refused to deal with them in order to not offend Islamists.

"Weren't the Arab countries technologically inferior, therefore making their larger populations useless?"

    That's the whole point, brainiac.

  • "Hasn't Israel received more in foreign aid from the U.S. than all other countries put together?"

    That is all post-1967.

  • would love it if you stopped generalizing like bruce does, about "all europeans" etc .. they're all marxists etc

    TRUST ME BUDDY :)

most of us aren't , but the system we live in has a sense of "avoid war at all cost" and "everyone has equal rights" and "we can't be mean to mean people, we must try and talk to them"

these pacifistic utopian views, which i personally HATE with a vengeance, leads people to think that you can reason and talk your way out of any problem

    continued...

  • ...continued

you can't try and converse your way out of an argument when the person at the other end of the table, because of dogmatic religious views of the world we live in, thinks you are not worthy of conversation, and that he has a right to lie to you until he is in a position to overpower you by force.

and that's a more popular view among muslims then we care to consider.

  • about how europe and the u.s. experienced the war differently, the average citizen in europe had war in their backyard

most of the u.s. citizens experienced it through the media, the u.s. armed forces saw the war, and saw it from the 2nd half till the end.

this might play a role in why the idea of "war in general is bad and must be avoided" could have sprung up.

bad side effect of that is that they will wait longer before they accept a war as an option as a resolution to a problem.

  • Afghanistan have only 13 millions Pashtun.

    Pakistan have 28 millions.

Win in Afghanistan without conquer people heart means war for ever, if West have enough money to try that way.

Bombing civilians means more recruits for talibans.

  • I'm a European and it saddens me to see such a narrow-minded approach. My same means we could conclude that Americans are only out to kill homosexuals and abortion-clinic doctors.

Many of us here are horrified by the atrocities of Israel in Palestina (most recently in Gaza). That is not anti-semetism. We did learn from WWII and the holocaust - we learnt that the opression of a group of people because of race, religion etc. is WRONG.

You don't fight for freedom with opression.

  • I, for one, believe that the USA owes the victory in the War of Independence to France. There is a movie that portrays this war with Gibson (is that how you spell it?) that shows the Americans did all the job and France aided near the end. This is very innacurate.

  • Its agreed that the majority of those Jews where immigrants and illegal immigrants from Europe. The British government allowed the legal immigration while it was in control of the area, not they inhabitants.

Really they had no real right to be there, and should have left rather than fight the inhabitants and their allies when they started the violence against them. That is an example of a true immigration nightmare!

  • You need to supply some more evidnce for there being areas that are not suject to the rule of law anymore... ;)

    Prove the crime!

  • Thank you for your wonderful Videos!

  • You wouldn't believe the sort of stuff I have heard said about Jews. Granted, I go to a school with a large percentage of Muslims. I have seen people laugh at the holocaust, call Jews pigs, say they hate every single one of them and much more. When I confronted one of them with the irrationality of his beliefs, he merely said: My Prophet hated Jews, and so do I.

A Synagogue not too far from my neighborhood was shot at, thankfully the culprit was caught, he had planned to do much more.

  • false.

The prophet said the one who kills a member of the peoples book( jews and christians), i ll never go to paradise.

    Quran recognizes torah and gospel.

All the problems in the word is do to zionism, they have invaded palestinian land.

  • Everything I said is true. I never made statements about the nature of Islam, I made statements about certain Muslims, so don't be silly.

And while we're on that subject, claiming that all the world's problems come from Zionism is just laughable.

  • Without Zionism no problem in palestine.

No alqaeda, the brain of 9/11 tell he was inspired by palestinian opression and the bad politic in america...

    About muslims,

Is normal, good and bad people exists in everywhere

  • Sheesh, took you two months to respond to my comment, you must be a very busy man indeed. Palestine is a small, tiny fraction of what's wrong with the world today. Millions upon millions are slaughtered in other parts of the world, yet you focus in on one tiny strip of land.

I'm not defending the Israeli government, but the problems with Islam are unfortunately present throughout the world for a multitude of reasons, not merely, as you claim, oppression Palestine.

  • Islam have problems is true.

But was the west u radicalize them to fight against comunism.

Now we have the consequences on sight.

bin laden was trained by CIA.

Iran revolution is consequence of destruction of democratic country by USA.

    Remenber this name Mohammad Mossadegh.

Palestine is tiny, but sacred and there was people there before jews begin to immigrate and steal the land

  • Saudi Arabia have bad Islam, and u support them?

    The west.

They are exporting there view of islam.

  • Please stop making assumptions. I don't support Saudi Arabia in the slightest, and I find it shameful that any government, Western or otherwise, would.

I am well aware that some of the issues America are facing they are partially to blame for themselves, but I simply cannot believe that American interventionism is the root of this problem, though I certainly agree that Western (mainly American) intervention in Muslim countries should be kept to a minimum.

  • The truth is hard ear.

Bin Laden is product made in USA.

They have create fanatics to fight communists in Afghanistan.

The people of muslim world have suffered for many years by interventionism in muslim world.

Even in Lebanon, 2006 war against Israel was supported by USA, they give weapons to Israel.

America needs to conquer people heart, and this is not possible by using bombs.

Even now, they threat Iran right to have nuclear plants. Leave them in peace, stop support zionism.

  • "America needs to conquer people heart, and this is not possible by using bombs."

Oh yes it IS possible. It worked with Germany and Japan, both loyal lap dogs to this very day.

  • Germany and Japon was total war, is not the same. Armys in both sides.

    Vietnam, remenber?

Guerrilla war is expensive in human lifes and financial.

Was easy to defeat iraqi army, but harder after war.

Iraq was easier, shias and sunnis divided. Shias won ( supported by Iran) and now is calm.

Afghanistan, we need to wait and see the result.

  • The different views of American's view on WWII vs European's views on it is interesting. Its amazing how well this plays into the nature of free will--in how humans choose the facts they want to consider and think about.
