hi, two years ago i wrote to you ...just curious, is your backpain gone.

also i found a wonderful book . the mind body connection by dr sarno.

i have a stiff back yet, the pain is not much. but the reason for the existance of my backache was revealed in the book. i am enlightened to TMS. thanks to dr sarnp.

is there a time period when my backpain which i have for 5 years, and scitica for 3 months now should go away.

I just bought a scenar device,there expensive, but I was astonished how well it works for pain relief, like you my back has been growling at me for 6 years and I can honestly say it is 90%better, and seems to last, 20 minutes a day with the scenar. try one if you can,
