@gongie09 But what about Resident Evil remake, even though the ps1 version had all of it's classic elements and quirks, i thought that it was a very well done remake. Twin snakes on the other hand wasn't needed and various choices they made when making the game weren't very good. For instance the different music used for things like the boss fights as well as the encounter theme. Plus the voice acting is worse.

It'd be cool to have MGS with the CQC system (espeically for the ninja and liquid-fistfight battles) but really not all that practical. Twin Snakes sucked because the the MGS2 engine made tricks possible that completely bypass a lot of the patrols and such far too easily (but the Hind-D on Extreme was still impossible without good stereo - I only ever beat it on the PC version of the original, cause I could use my headset to tell where it was coming from)
