HI perilousRelish - When you say "I´m not sure of this chord" in the frase "memories of it still" it should be a D6 chord, not a G. Or easier, play a Bm with a D in the base. The next chord is then B(Eb) which follows the D6 very nicely.

Cool but the capo thing is totally unnecessary. Guitar playing should be learned without the use of the capo unless it's for a special effect or reason - such as in "Here Comes The Sun".
