i purchased a cd of the coronation of our present monarch many years ago and it contained a track titled in the lor put i my trust which i believe is by handel i now dont have the cd but would like to find the track...does anyone know where to find it

It is Sir David. I have the CD of him conducting the 4 coronation anthems with this choir in 1996 - one of the photos in the booklet shows the same singers.

That sure must be Sir David Willcocks conducting. He also conducted the same choir for the Coronation Anthem. I have this record (coronation anthem), so I would not be surprised if he also conducted the Messiah with this choir.

Confirming Sir David Willcocks is conducting. This year he turns 88 years young on 12/30. As they say, conductors do it longer!
