Your focus problem could be your BACK FOCUS ring is out. That would make the image some what blurry. Check for videos on back focusing there are plenty of em'
@HawkStud1os: Thank you very much. It turned out I had my diopter set improperly. I saw that once I turned the zebras on and saw how out of focus they were. I had to use my viewfinder's diopter adjustment to get the zebras sharp. Since then I have been able to focus properly.
I am going to change the description of the video, so I am no longer asking the question. I forgot I still had it here. :)

Of course yeah - I forgot about the diopter - everyone's eye sight is different.
