What hits home is when he says we are like robots, especially our emotions. That is very true. I had a girl I met online play me for a month (never met). I had deep emotion and love for her. I found out that she was a different person, married, etc. I realized then and there that we really are simple when it comes to emotions. "Just be yourself" has always been useless advice. The guys who have no problems picking up women all thier lives are in fact following SOME method (they just don't think about it). If you don't know how to do something, you have to LEARN how... like riding a bike.

Being yourself is great, but won't carry you through every problem in life. An obese, unattractive woman can be herself but her pool of potential mates will be very limited. To better her situation she has to excercise and diet.
